We require the product back within 10 days. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to our facility within 10 days. Any item sent after the 10 days period would automatically be denied.
To start a return, you can contact us via email at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or made to order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
